Most of our new clients share stories of their past broker relationships and consistently say their broker was only interested in moving down the fastest track, getting the commission, then disappearing.  But really, is that all there is? No.

Users of Commercial real estate brokerage and tenant representation services expect and should receive great client service.  But you have a role in setting expectations. Like most service industries, real estate brokerage and tenant representation services are increasingly focused on providing a lasting positive impression through great client experiences – how the client feels about what they receive is a major feature of the service.  Service that rises to this level requires continually enhancing the service delivery with new ideas that exceed expectations and delight the client.

Great client service from your tenant rep broker starts with the client experience and then works back.  And should include the following;

  • Constantly bring credible new ideas to the table for consideration,
  • Work with all client users and not just the person that formalized the engagement,
  • Look at efficiency and effectiveness of business operation,
  • Get past the containers for people and processes to helping build the catalysts for higher business productivity,
  • Anticipate needs and makes it easy to realize them,
  • Make the leap to thinking like the client,
  • Stay with the client representing their interests proactively through the entire lease term.

If you want a higher level of service call us.
