David Anastos has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry -- exclusively in corporate tenant representation. During his career, David has represented clients in 350 markets across the US and Canada. Through strategic research and aggressive negotiations David has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in savings for large and small companies, and highly specialized tenant portfolios.
Over the years, David has kept his “finger on the pulse” of the rapidly changing market place and the even faster changing needs of tenants and their workforce. “Space affects culture and culture affects everything,” according to David.
