David Anastos has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry -- exclusively in corporate tenant representation. During his career, David has represented clients in 350 markets across the US and Canada. Through strategic research and aggressive negotiations David has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in savings for large and small companies, and highly specialized tenant portfolios.

Over the years, David has kept his “finger on the pulse” of the rapidly changing market place and the even faster changing needs of tenants and their workforce. “Space affects culture and culture affects everything,” according to David.   • Spearheaded expedited disposition of 330 office locations throughout the U.S. during the merger of 4 healthcare companies, garnering savings of $10.8M.

Small Business Highlights

  • Negotiated holdover for 2500 sf tenant at same rate while construction in new space was taking place in order to avoid costly temporary space and punitive liabilities even though the landlord had a new tenant for existing building.
  • Comprehensive step by step guidance of tenant with multi-generational work force to explore and understand new space planning advantages of new space in existing building. Space needs decreased by 20%. Cut rent by 17.5% and negotiated full build-out with upgrades.
